It is a shortcut which has only 1 action and the action now says "unknown action". I looked in the shortcuts app in the shortcut where the problem was. In 16.1, when I tell Siri the name I have for the shortcut, Siri says,"sorry, something went wrong,shortcut says, the shortcut can not be run because a action can not be found". I had a Siri Shortcut that did this before I made the jump to 16.1 from 15.7.
